Super-light korina body. Built by master luthier Clive Brown in England. These will please anyone who loves vintage tone and feel. Willie’s had this one-off custom order built for us and it took two years to complete. Made of the finest korina (we call it super-mahogany) with enhanced responsiveness and a sweeter midrange than mahogany and lighter weight too – but it’s very difficult to get. It’s also called African limba and is one of the most exotic guitar woods in the world. This weighs only 7 pounds. This Eliminator can really scratch that vintage itch. Real nitrocellulose lacquer finish, aged to look like it stepped out of the late days of the Eisenhower Administration, and he does it right, exceptionally authentic. Big “v” neck profile(1.02” at the 1st and 1.00” at the 12th frets) and provides huge acoustic tone even  without an amp. Incredible resonance, and legitimately feels like it was made in Michigan in the late 1950s. The fingerboard is wenge, the knobs are vintage Epi amp knobs, the tuners are genuine vintage Klusons, and the pickup was wound by Joe Kaye of Sonic Monkey in London but has a Dwight label. CTS pots, Switchcraft jack, Gavitt USA wiring, and NOS American-made Areovox cap. Clive Brown does all the plastic parts as well as the truss rod in-house. Truly a splendid guitar, comes in deluxe gig bag.
