Sunburst, weird but cool finish, double cutaway body. The burst on the front goes horizontally across the face yet has the normal round burst of yellow on the back. This is all solid wood spruce top and flamed maple back and sides. This has a repaired headstock along with the original tuners, tailpiece and bridge. Has three layers of binding on the top, bound back and really cool gold metal flake neck binding. Charming as heck. We just adjusted the bridge and put on a new set of strings. Very rare, very cool and kind of cheap for a 100 year old solid wood mandolin. Comes with an oversized cloth gig bag.
