1913 Gibson L-3

Out of stock

A World War One era hand carved piece of American art and sculpture. Crack free with only a replaced bridge. Hard to grade a 105 year old, but really excellent condition with original tuners, pickguard (yes pickguard), tailpiece and case. The case is not great but we’ve seen much worse. Binding replaced on bass side of neck, two bridge pins replaced and expected finish checking. Big V neck (pre adjustable truss rod) and the neck is fine and the frets are good. Cool sound unlike either a flat top or archtop. America’s finest builder…indeed.
