T” for traditional, slope-shouldered dreadnought in lovely sunburst finish, excellent condition with only very light playing wear, high-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer all over, Sitka spruce top with Sitka bracing in the CJ-45 Wartime scalloped X-brace pattern, Honduran mahogany back, sides, and neck, ivoroid body binding, 19-fret ebony fingerboard with MOP dots and medium frets, 12″ radius, 24 & 7/8″ scale length, neck depth 1.799″ at the first fret and 2.105″ at the 9th, “haircut” headstock with ebony veneer and MOP Collings logo, nickel Waverly tuners, bone nut with 1 & 3/4″ width, ebony bridge with 2 & 5/16″ spacing, bone saddle, and ivoroid bridge pins, traditional mortise and tenon hybrid neck joint. So, those are the dry technical specifications. The guitar itself is an amazing instrument in the mold of a pre-war Gibson J-45, but built to an absolutely astonishing level of quality and attention to detail. Incredible clarity and voice, deep bass (especially for mahogany-bodied flattop), tremendous playability, and sheer beauty. Made in Austin, Texas, USA, and comes in its deluxe factory hard case.
