Return Policies:
All purchases have a forty-eight hour approval. If you wish to return something within the 48 hour approval period, that's absolutely fine. You must send it back with insurance! All shipping and insurance is paid by the customer even if the instrument is returned.
There is no return privilege if you have paid with a personal check.
All items leave Willie's inspected for breaks, cracks, broken tubes etc. If the instrument arrives to you broken, call the carrier for damage inspection (no we don't send out broken guitars). Do not return an instrument that was damaged in shipping until it has been inspected or you'll own it.
